Our Organic Agave Syrup is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested by hand in the heartlands of Mexico. Through a slow process of thermal extraction—never fermentation—we transform the heart of the agave into a golden syrup that is 30% sweeter than sugar, yet lower on the glycemic index and gentle on the body. No additives. No seed oils. Just pure, plant-based sweetness.
Drizzle it over Brie or Camembert on a cheese board, swirl it into your tea or morning latte (my favorite), or spoon it over buttered pan de elote for a nostalgic, indulgent treat.
