Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Returns requested or postmarked after this 14-day window are not eligible for return or store credit.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be refused.

Returns must be shipped prepaid using an insured and traceable shipping method to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved items will be issued store credit only. Store credit does not expire, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if it qualifies.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
