PRODUCT DETAILS
Design. Your box will be made with a custom design that is specially for you.
Paper. Premium 120# felt paper.
Printing method. All pieces in these boxes are digitally printed. If you need a different printing method, you can contact us with your ideas and we can work on an estimate.
Glue dots. One double-sided glue dot is included per tag, gift tag, and enclosure card in your box.
Envelope liners. Available as an add-on for boxes that include notecards.
Return address. Included in digital printing for boxes that include notecards.
Packaging. Each box is carefully packed with tissue paper, paper shreds, herringbone ribbon, and a personalized tag.
Timing. Proofing time will depend on our current workload, it takes an average of 3-4 weeks to make a custom design for personal stationery.

All personalization details will be collected after the order is placed. A personalization form will be sent to the email address used at checkout, please double-check that it’s correct and you have access to it.

Proofing. Proofing time will depend on our current workload, it takes an average of 3-4 weeks to make a custom design for personal stationery. We require approval before printing so it’s very important that you get back to us. Not answering messages or approving proofs on time WILL CAUSE DELAYS.
Production. Our usual processing time is 8-10 business days after the personalization form is filled. Shipping time is additional.

Shipping will take additional 1-5 business days depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Packages are shipped from San Diego, CA.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Please note that as much as we’d love to hand deliver every order, packages are in the hands of the shipping companies after they leave our studio. We have to rely on their services, therefore we’re not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages, but be sure that we’ll do our best to help you with any shipping problems.

If you require quicker processing times, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. This will depend on our current workload and how soon the date requested is.
Rush orders will have an additional fee, and might need a shipping upgrade depending on the date requested.
